Family Calls For
Service


Initial call is made to VOCS, next based on our funding staff will determine eligibility and a CAPP Enrollment list is pulled based on income and family size.

STEP TWO



Follow-Up Call With Family


Staff confirms information reported in the first call and verify the family's eligibility. We will make 3 call attempts during this step.

STEP THREE



Schedule an Appointment


Once eligibility has been confirmed, an in-person appointment is scheduled for the family members.

STEP FOUR



Family Attends Enrollment


A orientation session and appointment with one of our caseworkers will take place.

STEP FIVE



Care
Begins


If all proper documentation is brought to the Enrollment Appointment and everything is complete services can begin.
