Valley Oak Children’s Services now offers outreach and incentive programs to informal care (license-exempt) providers in Butte County. The programs strive to establish a working relationship with license-exempt providers that encourage participation in education and professional development activities related to child development. The programs also provide information and resources about becoming a licensed family child care provider.
